Rohn MVP. You mention a “PIN”. That sounds suspiciously like a Product Key Card. If you do, you are out of luck. It can only be reinxtall on one computer. Or you could try contacting a media ombudsman who can make a big enough disturbance microssoft you to get it replaced.
