Your actual account is not something that your not going to be able to just delete unless you have access to the back end of things. In reply to N. Barning’s post on June 2, Update: Also if you can turn off archiving. I did this by going into my OWA account in which I have Micrrosoft access, searched for the user, and choose ‘Edit Exchange Properties’ and choose to ‘disable’ Archiving under mailbox features.
