Eligibility.

This iDOME Shelter Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (except residents of Rhode Island), who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship.

The Sweepstakes sponsor is iDOME, LLC. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

PRIZE PROVIDERS.

The Sweepstake prize providers includes, but is not limited to, Volcom, LLC, 1740 Monrovia Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 (“Prize Providers”).

Entry Period.

This Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2020 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on November 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM PT.

How to Enter.

During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page located on Sponsor’s website at www.idomeshelters.com or visit Sponsor’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/idomeshelters and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address phone number, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). If entering the Sweepstakes via Facebook/Instagram, you must be the owner of the email account associated with the Facebook/Instagram account from which your entry is made. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to Facebook. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Note that by entering this Sweepstakes, you are agreeing to receive U.S. marketing email communications from Sponsor and Prize Providers until you choose to unsubscribe. There is no cost or obligation associated with subscribing to the marketing email communications and you can opt-out of receiving marketing email communications from Sponsor and Prize Provider at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email message.

Limitations on Entries.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER 24 HOURS. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Sponsor and Prize Providers and their respective current and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, and partners (“Promotion Companies”), and the Promotion Companies’ respective current and future officers, shareholders, employees, directors, licensees, agents attorneys, successors, assigns, advertising and promotional agencies and all other associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively “Promotion Entities”), and the Promotion Entities’ immediate family members or members of the household are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize.

One Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor, Prize Providers, or Administrator. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

Second Prize:

Three Second Prizes will be awarded during the Entry Period. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor, Prize Providers, or Administrator. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

The iDOME Volcom 500 Second Prize consists of the following: one (1) $500 one time use code on http://www.volcom.com (“Volcom Ecom Code”), one (1) Shaka Hamaka hammock, one (1) Water Buddha portable shower, one (1) Speaqua water proof speakers (the Vibe product type), one (1) Fix MFG compact purpose-built powder pliers, one (1) GoTreads off-road accessory.The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) in U.S. dollars of all prizes awarded in this iDOME Volcom 500 Second Prize pack is $1000. The winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. The Volcom Ecom Code is only applicable to Volcom products. Volcom apparel product selection is subject to current availability at time of winner selection and can be viewed at http://www.volcom.com. Gore-Tex products are excluded. Volcom Ecom Code provided by Volcom, LLC.

Third Prize:

Two Third Prizes will be awarded during the Entry Period. Approximate retail value of each Third Prize is $950. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor, Prize Providers, or Administrator. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

Gift cards (including codes) are promotional in nature and are not paid for by the winner, nor does the winner own any right, title, or interest in them unless or until he or she redeems them under the terms set forth herein. The winner must protect the Prize and treat the gift card as he or she would treat any other valuable document. The Prize will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without the winner’s permission.  Additional exclusions or restrictions may apply to use of gift card on Prize Providers’ website.

Drawing.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about November 16, 2020. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by telephone. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be sent to winner by U.S. mail within fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.

Odds.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.

General Terms.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Neither Sponsor nor Prize Providers will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties will not be liable to the winner(s) or any other person for failure to supply any Prize or any part thereof, by reason of fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, explosion, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, request, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ control. Entrant shall indemnify Released Parties (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to entrant’s violation or inaccuracy of any warrantees or representations made relating to this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any fraud or misconduct on the part of the entrants. IN NO EVENT SHALL RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Entrant’s sole damages shall be limited to entrant’s actual out of pocket expenses, excluding attorneys’ fees. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND SWEEPSTAKES RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Further, participants agree to waive the provisions of Civil Code Section 1542 which states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

If any portion of these Official Rules should be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such portion shall be deemed modified or severed from this agreement in such a manner to enable the remaining portions of these Official Rules to remain in full force and effect as if no invalid or unenforceable provision had been part of this agreement.

Sponsor Privacy Policy.

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, agents, and marketers in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://idomeshelters.com/privacy-policy/.

Winner’s Name.

The name of winners is available only within 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at Darren@idomeshelters.com

If you want to receive our promotional emails, you will be asked to provide certain personal information and areas of interest so that we can fulfill your request. If you would like to stop receiving such promotional emails, please refer to the opt-out provisions within the email.

If you contact us with a question or comment, we may ask for personal information, along with your feedback, so that we can properly address your concern.

If you choose to purchase our product through our online store, you will be required to provide certain information to process payment.  Such information will be used, stored and processed by our third party provider.

Most of our iDOME Shelters Properties are general audience websites or digital properties directed towards general audiences. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. From time to time, iDOME Shelters may knowingly collect personal information including name, email address, postal address, and a parent or guardian’s email address from children through an iDOME Shelters Property.
